BAND BANQUET UPDATES

Banquet ticket sales will open online on Monday, April 18th. Parent and guest tickets will cost $30, band student tickets will cost $20, and senior band students will be admitted at no charge.

Senior Families,

Our banquet ticket sales open on Monday, April 18th, but we would like to give you a head start on reserving your seats. Saturday, April 16th, we will open our ticketing website to seniors and senior families only. Beginning at 8am, you can go to beltonbandboosters.simpletix.com and select your seats for the banquet. It is our first time to use this web-based ticketing, so here are a few things to consider.

1. This site allows you to reserve a specific table and seats. The diagram shows correct table placement in the Expo, with tables of 8. Discuss as a family if you will sit with your student, or if they would like to sit with friends. Families can arrange to sit together by coordinating table numbers and purchasing around the same time. Seniors, make plans with your friends before your reserve your seats. Changes can be made after purchase, but they will cause delays in seat selection.

2. Seniors are free, but you might see a $1 fee for their ticket. I'm currently working with the company to change it to $0, but I may not have it fixed by tomorrow. I am sorry if you have to pay for their ticket, but it might be good to go ahead and pay to reserve a spot.

3. Watch the tutorial video ahead of time to get a feel for the website. https://youtu.be/Q9SudcCAULY

4. A selection of silent auction items will appear before you checkout. If you see an item that you would like to "buy now," just add the item to your cart. There are quite a few good deals that you can grab before they go to silent auction, including a $100 discount on a charcuterie display for 50 people!

Honoring the Seniors of 2022 is our ultimate goal for this banquet! We want the whole experience to be the best for these great kids, so reach out to me if you have any trouble getting your tickets.

Happy Easter,

Cassie Fothergill (254-913-2602)
