August 3, 2025 Weekend Update
Dear M100 Family,
We have made it to the final week of summer band, and the week before the first day of school! We have made immense strides since the first day of summer band, and I am excited to see how far we can take our production of “Between the Storms” this year!
We have 3 PERFORMANCES THIS WEEK! Also, now that we have the official PD schedule for teachers, we have all of the rehearsals confirmed for the final week of summer band. Please read ALL of the information in this message so that you are fully up to speed on what will be going on!

PHYSICAL FORMS DUE – TURN IN ASAP
If you have not turned your physical in, please do so ASAP!
- ALL FRESHMEN AND JUNIORS – Physical and Medical History forms are both needed
- ALL SOPHOMORES AND SENIORS – Only Medical History forms are needed
2025 M100 SUMMER BAND SCHEDULE – WEEK 3
This week, teachers will begin working in their classrooms and attending various professional development sessions throughout the day. This will prevent the band directors from supervising students in the band hall. On the days of the schedule below that say “BREAK UNTIL EVENING BLOCK/PEP RALLY”, students will need to be picked up due to lack of supervision in the band hall.
All 5:30pm evening blocks this week will begin IN THE BAND HALL! We will have a music rehearsal inside, then move outside later in the rehearsal.

- 6:00pm – Call Time at the Stadium for M100 Students in the Stadium
- 6:30pm – Performance
- 7:00pm – Fire Truck Fun!
TUESDAY, AUGUST 12
- FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL (NO REHEARSAL)
8/4 BHS FINE ARTS SHOWCASE PERFORMANCE
The Marching 100 will be performing at the BHS Fine Arts Showcase on Monday, August 4, which will serve as a kick-off to the start of the week for BHS teachers.
Attire: RED M100 T-SHIRT, black M100 shorts, close toed athletic shoes
Music Needed: Alma Mater, Texas Taps, Eye of the Tiger, Seven Nation Army
8:30am – Call time at the Band Hall (Drum Majors arrive by 7:55am)
9:30am – Performance Begins
At 10:00am, all M100 students will move to the stadium for section and group photos.
Front ensemble students will not be performing at the showcase, but WILL join us for photos in the stadium and need to arrive at the band hall by 10:00am on Monday.
8/6 REHEARSAL DAY
On Wednesday, August 6, we will have our normal 8:00am-11:00am rehearsal outside. In the afternoon, all Winds and Percussion will meet in the band hall from 12:30pm-2:30pm. Color Guard will meet in the Aux Gym from 12:30pm-4:30pm.
8/7 FRESHMEN FOCUS PEP RALLY PERFORMANCE
The Marching 100 will be performing at the “Freshmen Focus” Pep rally geared toward introducing freshmen to Belton HS.
ATTIRE: Black M100 undershirt, black M100 shorts, close toed athletic shoes
Call Time: 3:00pm in the Band hall
Performance: 3:30pm
FRESHMEN STUDENTS: You will be permitted to attend the “Meet the Teachers” event from 5:30pm-6:30pm. We will begin rehearsal immediately after 6:30pm in the stadium.
8/8 M100 COMMUNITY PREVIEW PERFORMANCE
The Marching 100 will be holding a community preview performance of our 2025 production, “Between the Storms”! In addition, to celebrate the end of summer band, we will have Kona Ice and Fire Truck waterworks by the practice field immediately after the performance at 7:00pm! Please invite any and all friends and family to this debut performance for our 2025 marching season!
