Event: Football Game – Belton HS @ Hendrickson HS

Date: Friday, August 29, 2025

Location: Away – The Pfield (1440 W Pecan St, Pflugerville, TX 78660)

Uniform: M100 SUMMER UNIFORM (M100 Jersey, black M100 shorts, tennis shoes)

For inspection, you’ll need:

1. To be in uniform.  Long hair out of your face, no fly-aways for anyone.   Headbands and hair ties can be worn but black only please.  Only very small, stud-type earrings allowed, no necklaces, rings, or bracelets.  Watches are ok.
2. M100 water jug filled with water only. 
3. Flip folders, lyres (if you use one for your inst.), instrument, and all music

2:45pm – Students report to the band hall

3:15pm – Leadership Inspection

3:25pm – Full Band Inspection

3:35pm – Load Buses

3:45pm – Depart for The Pfield

5:00pm – Arrive at The Pfield/Unload/Eat

6:00pm – Enter Stadium

7:00pm – Game starts

8:00pm – Approx Halftime Show Performance

9:30pm – Approx Game End time

10:00pm – Depart for BHS

11:15pm – Arrive at BHS

PARENTS – Pick up students in the student parking lot outside of the band hall.
