Event: Football Game – Belton HS @ Georgetown HS

Date: Friday, September 5, 2025

Location: Away – Georgetown ISD Athletic Complex

Uniform: M100 SUMMER UNIFORM (M100 Jersey, black M100 shorts, LONG BLACK SOCKS, BLACK MARCHING SHOES)

For inspection, you’ll need:

  1. To be in uniform.  Long hair out of your face, no fly-aways for anyone.   Headbands and hair ties can be worn but black only please.  Only very small, stud-type earrings allowed, no necklaces, rings, or bracelets.  Watches are ok.
  2. M100 water jug filled with water only. 
  3. Flip folders, lyres (if you use one for your inst.), instrument, and all music

3:00pm – Students report to the band hall

3:30pm – Leadership Inspection

3:40pm – Full Band Inspection

3:50pm – Load Buses

4:00pm – Depart for Georgetown ISD Athletic Complex

5:00pm – Arrive at Georgetown ISD Athletic Complex/Unload/Eat

6:00pm – Enter Stadium

7:00pm – Game starts

8:00pm – Approx Halftime Show Performance

9:30pm – Approx Game End time

10:00pm – Depart for BHS

11:00pm – Arrive at BHS

PARENTS – Pick up students in the student parking lot outside of the band hall.
