Event: 2025 Vista Ridge Marching Festival
Date: Saturday, October 4
Location: Gupton Stadium (200 Gupton Way, Cedar Park, TX 78613)
Uniform: M100 CONTEST UNIFORM (Gray cloud custom top, uniform bibbers, black M100 undershirt, black M100 shorts, long black socks, marching shoes)
For inspection, you’ll need:
- To be in the M100 undershirt and shorts. Long hair out of your face, no fly-aways for anyone. Headbands and hair ties can be worn but black only please. Only very small, stud-type earrings allowed, no necklaces, rings, or bracelets. NO WATCHES FOR CONTESTS.
- M100 water jug filled with water only.

8:45am – Band Hall Opens
9:30am – Rehearsal in the STADIUM
10:30am – Rehearsal ends/Eat/Load
11:25am – Leadership Inspection
11:30am – Inspection for All
11:45am – Depart from BHS
1:00pm – Arrive to Vista Ridge
1:45pm – Move to Warm-up
2:00pm – Warm-up
2:45pm – Warm-up Ends
3:15pm – PERFORMANCE
3:30pm – Load/Change out of uniform into black M100 shirt and shorts
3:45pm – Meet outside buses to enter stands
4:15pm – Prelims Announcement
IF WE MAKE FINALS
4:30pm-6:00pm – Receive Dinner Meals
7:30pm-10:00pm – Finals Performance Window
10:15pm – Finals Announcement
10:45pm – Depart
12:00am – Arrive at BHS
IF WE DO NOT MAKE FINALS
4:30pm – Receive Dinner Meals
5:00pm – Depart
6:15pm – Arrive at BHS
